John grew up in Cape May’s historic district and, after graduating from Cape May County Technical High School in 1985, began working in the construction industry, where he quickly developed a passion for both interior and exterior millwork. In 1994, John founded Cape Island Woodworks, turning his dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail into a business that has earned the trust of homeowners, contractors, and business owners throughout Cape May, South Jersey, and the surrounding tri-state area.

With decades of hands-on experience, John has built a reputation for quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Throughout the years, he has worked on a wide range of custom woodworking and millwork projects, helping clients preserve the character of historic properties while also creating beautiful features for modern homes and commercial spaces.
